Education
Dr. Chandramohan began his medical education in India, where he completed medical school before moving to the United States. He completed his Internal Medicine residency from Coney Island Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. Followed by a Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Training
Following medical school, Dr. Chandramohan completed his Internal Medicine residency and served as a hospitalist and adjunct assistant professor at both the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He later completed a fellowship in Nephrology at UAB, where he served as Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology and served as the Medical Director of DaVita dialysis clinic. Dr. Chandramohan relocated to Texas in 2026 and is managing partner at NephronLife Kidney Care.
